SB 2158: Criminal Records [LPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Criminal Records [LPCC]; requires FDLE to notify certain specified agencies of criminal records of minor which are expunged; requires that criminal history records that are to be expunged be physically destroyed or obliterated by FDLE & any criminal justice agency having physical custody of records; prohibits agency, organization, or company to which criminal history info. was disseminated from releasing expunged info. after specified time, etc. Amends Ch. 943.
