SB 2300: Elections [LPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Posey

Elections [LPCC]; describes types of list maintenance forms & content & consequences of each; revises procedures for supervisors of elections in cases in which voter has changed his or her address; changes time by which candidate for Governor must designate running mate; authorizes supervisors to designate alternative early voting sites; changes time for canvassing board to file returns with Department of State, etc. Amends Chs. 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 104, 106.
