GENERAL BILL by Deutch ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Aronberg

Discrimination in Public Education System [SPCC]; prohibits discrimination against student or employee in state system of public K-20 education based on sexual orientation; requires that public K-20 education classes be available to students regardless of sexual orientation; provides for guidance, counseling, & financial assistance services to all students in K-20 education system, regardless of sexual orientation, etc. Amends 1000.05.
