CS/SB 2700: Community Development Districts [RPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Haridopolos

Community Development Districts [RPCC]; revises definitions re community development districts; provides requirements for establishment of districts located in multiple municipalities; revises provisions for determining certain voting units for landowners within district; provides that foreclosure proceedings authorized under specified provision apply to certain district proceedings; revises provisions for termination, contraction, or expansion of districts, etc. Amends Ch. 190.
