[OPCC]; provides boundaries; extends & enlarges corporate limits of City of Tamarac to include specified unincorporated lands within said corporate limits; provides for election; provides for effective date of annexation; provides for interlocal agreement; provides for land use & zoning designations; provides for continuation of contracts in effect prior to annexation; provides for transfer of public roads & rights-of-way, etc.
