GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Juvenile Proceedings/Restraints [LPCC]; prohibits use of instruments of restraint on child during court proceedings or elsewhere in courthouse; provides specified exceptions; requires DJJ to comply with Protective Action Response policy whenever mechanical restraints are used; conforms cross-reference. Amends 985.35,.483; creates 985.602.
