Procurement/Cleaning Products; directs DMS, in cooperation with DEP, to review & revise statewide procurement procedure & specifications for purchase of cleaning products; requires each agency to make determination for procurement of said products; requires Auditor General to assist in monitoring product procurement requirements; authorizes DMS to adopt rules specifying criteria for such evaluations, etc. Creates 287.048.
