Condominiums; substantially revises provisions re termination of condo form of ownership of property; provides powers & duties of board of administration of association; waives certain notice requirements following natural disasters; provides for allocation of proceeds from sale of condo property; provides procedure for contesting plan of termination; provides for award or recovery of attorney's fees & costs; specifies exclusion, etc. Amends 718.117.
