GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Lawson

Retirement [SPCC]; provides definition for term "retiree" for purposes of participation in group insurance; revises conditions for membership in State Community College System Optional Retirement Prog. & in State Univ. System Optional Retirement Prog.; authorizes transfer of funds for specified earned credit between FRS & such optional retirement prog.; authorizes transfer of membership between said State University System program & FRS, etc. Amends 112.0801, Ch. 121.
