GENERAL BILL by Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations ; Judiciary ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Joyner

County Funding/Court Personnel [LPCC]; specifies that county be considered employer; provides that employees funded by county under this section & other county employees may be aggregated for purposes of flexible benefits plan; prescribes supervisory duties of judicial circuit; revises status of positions funded under section. Amends 29.0081.
