Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation [EPCC]; creates Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority Act; creates said authority, comprising Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, & Sarasota Counties; authorizes authority to construct, operate, & maintain certain multimodal transportation systems; requires authority to develop & adopt regional multimodal transportation master plan by date certain; exempts authority from certain taxation, etc. Creates 343.90-.975.
