Construction Education Program; creates Construction Education Scholarship Program to award scholarships to eligible students who enroll in construction-related postsecondary education programs; requires DOE to administer said program; creates Construction Education Scholarship Board to assist in establishment & implementation of scholarship program; provides student eligibility criteria, etc. Creates 1009.5383.
