GENERAL BILL by Diaz de la Portilla
Motorsports Complex/Sales Tax [RPCC]; provides for distribution of portion of revenues from tax on sales, use, & other transactions to motorsports entertainment complex; provides limit on such distributions; provides that funding for such complexes will be state funding rather than local-option funding; prescribes additional requirements for certification to receive funds; limits counties in which complexes are eligible for such funding, etc. Amends 212.20, 288.1171.
