Property Rights/Ineligible Aliens; constitutional amendment to include aliens ineligible for citizenship under basic right to acquire, possess, & protect property by removing limitation that authorizes regulation or prohibition by law of ownership, inheritance, disposition, & possession of real property by aliens ineligible for citizenship. Amends s. 2, Art. I.
