Court-ordered Nonbinding Arbitration [LPCC]; revises provisions re presentation of testimony & evidence in said arbitration proceedings; revises provisions re award of specified costs in trial de novo following arbitration against party requesting trial when trial judgment differs from arbitration award by certain amount. Amends 44.103.
