CS/HB 13-C: Motor Vehicle Insurance [EPCC]

Motor Vehicle Insurance [EPCC]; Requires each person operating a motor vehicle to have in his or her possession proof of property damage liability coverage. Requires insurers to report to HSMV the renewal, cancellation, or nonrenewal of a policy providing PIP coverage or motor vehicle property damage liability coverage. Revives, reenacts, and amends the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law, notwithstanding the repeal of such law provided in s. 19, Ch. 2003-411, Laws of Florida, etc.
