Code of Ethics/Public Officers and Employees [LPCC]; Prohibits a public official from appointing, employing, promoting, or advancing a relative and provides that a relative is not eligible for appointment, employment, promotion, or advancement to a position in an agency in which the official is serving, or in an agency administered by the official or collegial body of which the official is a member, etc.
