Elections/Qualifying Fee for Write-in Candidates [LPCC]; Requires a write-in candidate who seeks to qualify for nomination or election to any office to pay a qualifying fee that is 3 percent of the annual salary for the office sought unless the person is seeking to qualify pursuant to the petition process, etc.
