Pub. Rec./Patients' Medication History Website [SPCC]; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1540 & S2782) Creates an exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information concerning a patient, the medication history of a patient, a practitioner, or a pharmacist, which is contained in records that are reported to an agency which has access to or operates the privacy-protected website for patients' medication histories, etc.
