GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Crist

Capital Collateral Representation [LPCC]; Establishes that the collateral representation system is a legislative branch entity. Requires that regional counsel be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Commission on Capital Cases. Extends the term of years regional counsel are appointed to serve. Clarifies the administrative roles and functions of the Justice Administrative Commission, the Commission on Capital Cases, and the Capital Collateral Regional Counsel, etc.
