GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos
Sales and Use Tax Credits or Refunds [EPCC]; Authorizes dealers and lenders to take a credit on or obtain a refund of the sales tax paid for worthless private-label credit card accounts. Provides for remittances of taxes collected on such accounts. Requires dealers and lenders to file a joint election to receive the credit or refund, etc.
