GENERAL BILL by Margolis
Community Residential Homes [SPCC]; Requires that additional security be provided at a community residential home or dwelling unit if clients of the Department of Elderly Affairs, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Children and Family Services, the Agency for Health Care Administration, or a sponsoring agency have been referred to the community residential home or dwelling unit by a criminal justice agency, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
