GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Dean
Career Service Employees [RPCC]; Revises requirements for disciplining an employee and provisions governing which employees are subject to certain personnel actions. Specifies the requirements for achieving permanent status in the Career Service System. Revises criteria for certain rules and procedures for the suspension, reduction in pay, transfer, layoff, demotion, and dismissal of career service employees, etc.
