CS/CS/SB 2246: Land Development Regulations [RPCC]

GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Agriculture ; Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett

Land Development Regulations [RPCC]; Provides for the use of certain lands surrounding an agricultural enclave. Creates a rebuttable presumption for the imposition of certain development conditions relating to such enclaves. Provides concurrency standards for such enclaves in relation to previously approved development contiguous to the enclave. Revises provisions relating to optional sector plans. Revises the definition of "agricultural enclave," etc.
