Court Rules/Statutory References [LPCC]; Removes reference to a specific court rule relating to duties of the public defender. Provides duties of the public defender to notify an accused of certain rights. Deletes a provision requesting that the Supreme Court adopt court rules by a certain date relating to a pilot program for attorneys ad litem for dependent children. Removes references to court rules relating to a petition for termination of parental rights, etc.
