SB 2386: City of Clearwater/Pinellas County

LOCAL BILL by Fasano

City of Clearwater/Pinellas County; Amends chapter 30658 (1955), Laws of Florida, as amended. Updates terminology. Revises the interval at which actuarial valuations of the city's fire pension fund shall be made. Provides eligibility for election to the board of trustees of the fire pension fund. Provides that board members may be appointed in certain circumstances. Removes a requirement for payment of certain warrants, etc.
