Alcohol Abuse by an Expectant Mother; Designates act "Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Prevention Act"; directs DOH & DCFS to maintain Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Prevention Network; requires establishment of system for assessing charges for specified services; requires DOH, DCFS, & DABT of DBPR to provide access to information regarding fetal alcohol spectrum disorders on Internet websites; provides for voluntary admission of expectant mother for alcohol abuse treatment services, etc. APPROPRIATION: $17,663,000.
