GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Posey ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

Residential Properties [EPCC]; Provides for the regulation and exemption from regulation for homeowners' association swimming pools. Revises provisions relating to homeowners' association board meetings, inspection and copying of records, and reserve accounts of budgets. Provides requirements for secret ballots. Requires that the disclosure summary to prospective parcel owners include additional provisions. Creates the "Home Court Advantage Dispute Resolution Act," etc.
