Residential Properties [EPCC]; Provides for regulation & exemption from regulation for homeowners' association swimming pools; provides requirements for location of annual unit owner meetings; requires that directors who are delinquent in certain payments owed in excess of certain periods of time be suspended from office or deemed to have abandoned their offices; creates "Home Court Advantage Dispute Resolution Act," etc.
