GENERAL BILL by Villalobos
Postsecondary Student Fees [SPCC]; Revises provisions to restrict applicability to students who are reported for funding in school districts. Provides standard resident tuition for programs leading to a career certificate or applied technology diploma and for adult general education programs and conforms provisions relating to tuition and fee increases, etc.
