Appellate Procedure/Summary Judgment [LPCC]; Provides a right of appeal from an order denying a motion for summary judgment. Provides for simultaneous jurisdiction by the trial and appellate courts. Requires the trial court to issue a written order when denying a motion for summary judgment. Requests the Supreme Court to adopt rules, etc.
