SB 262: Indigent Care/Hospital Reimbursement [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Indigent Care/Hospital Reimbursement [SPCC]; Authorizes a county hospital or a hospital district to request reimbursement of reasonable and necessary costs of care incurred for an indigent from the county where that indigent is a resident. Requires the county of residency to reimburse the county or county hospital district within 60 days after the date of the request, etc.
