GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Governmental Operations ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Storms ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services [SPCC]; Specifies roles and responsibilities of the DCFS. Creates community-based systems of care. Authorizes the implementation of managing entities by the DCFS. Establishes a process for contracting with managing entities. Specifies qualifying criteria for managing entities. Provides for evaluations and reports. Provides for a monitoring process, etc.
