Public School Education [SPCC]; Requires reimbursement to school districts for reasonable costs for student transportation to certain schools and choice programs. Deletes the requirement that student earn a passing score on the FCAT for purposes of high school graduation. Revises provisions relating to state board intervention in the operation of a district school system. Changes the school grading system to a school performance system, etc.
