Insurable Interests; Provides for requirement of insurable interest in insured at time of insurance contract; provides for actions by insured to recover benefits under such contract paid to person lacking such interest at time such contract was executed; requires consent of person insured for certain contracts; provides exceptions; provides applicability; provides exemption from specified provisions for certain group life insurance plans.
