Food Service/Restroom Inspections [EPCC]; Requires the Division of Hotels and Restaurants within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to inspect toilet facilities of public food service establishments. Provides the minimum sanitation standards for toilet facilities to include, but not be limited to, privacy of occupants, placement so that a patron does not pass through food-preparation or utensil-washing areas, etc.
