SB 516: Forensic Client Services [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Hill

Forensic Client Services [SPCC]; Provides legislative intent that forensic client services be provided to a person charged with a misdemeanor as well as with a felony. Redefines "court" to include the county court. Amends provisions relating to the rights of forensic clients, the involuntary commitment of a defendant with mental illness, and the involuntary commitment of a defendant determined to be incompetent to include clients and defendants charged with misdemeanors, etc.
