Assault/Battery/Law Enforcement Officer & Others [LPCC]; Expands the definitions of "prison releasee reoffender," "habitual violent felony offender," and "three-time violent felony offender" to include defendants who commit any felony violation relating to an assault or battery of law enforcement officers or other specified persons including, but not limited to, firefighters, emergency medical care providers, and traffic investigation officers for the purpose of sentencing, etc.
