Florida Building Code [RPCC]; Repeals a provision relating to the requirement that jurisdictions subject to the Florida Building Code require wind-borne-debris protection in compliance with the International Building Code. Specifies that the Florida Building Code does not restrict implementation of standards to provide for accessibility by handicapped persons or standards for thermal efficiency, etc.
