GENERAL BILL by Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations ; Judiciary ; Criminal Justice ; Crist

Juvenile Justice [LPCC]; Revises provisions relating to community service programs. Provides diversion options. Provides that confidential information obtained during an official's service with juvenile delinquents may be shared with authorized personnel of the DCFS. Requires the DJJ to adopt rules to establish procedures to provide ordinary medical care, mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities services to youth within the juvenile justice continuum, etc.
