Department of Corrections [LPCC]; Deletes provisions limiting when offender may be placed in community control; eliminates requirement that law enforcement officer reimburse employing agency for wages & benefits if officer terminates employment before end of commitment period; permits assignment of certain young adult offenders to youthful offender facilities until reaching specified age, etc.
