Legislative Sunset Review; Permits Joint Legislative Sunset Committee to conduct its meetings through teleconferences or other similar means; revises schedule for review of agencies & advisory committees; requires submission of transfer plan & additional information under certain circumstances; revises committees' responsibilities to conduct reviews upon receipt of agency reports; revises committees' duties to conduct reviews, etc.
