Hurricane Preparedness and Insurance [EPCC]; Creates the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (CPIC) Mission Review Task Force to analyze and compile data and to develop a report setting forth the statutory and operational changes relating to the CPIC. Requires the Chief Financial Officer to provide a report on the economic impact on the state of a 1-in-250-year hurricane by March 1 of each year, etc. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
