Florida Prepaid Tuition Scholarship Endowment; Creates endowment within State Board of Administration for purpose of funding scholarships for economically disadvantaged youth; provides for moneys from taxes on slot machines to be transferred from Educational Enhancement Trust Fund to endowment as provided in GAA; provides for transfer of earnings from endowment to Educational Enhancement Trust Fund; provides requirements for expenditure & use of distributions from endowment.
