Surveyors and Mappers; Prohibits surveyors & mappers & their subordinates from willfully & maliciously breaking fences on agricultural land; provides penalties; prohibits breaking or injuring fences containing livestock; provides for restitution for damages or losses; provides for construction; requires identification of surveyors & mappers & their subordinates.
