Public Records/Meetings/Hurricane Protection Prog. [CPSC]; Provides an exemption from public-records requirements for certain records of the Florida Hurricane Protection Program of the Florida Catastrophe Fund. Provides an exemption from public-meetings requirements for portions of certain meetings of the State Board of Administration. Requires that exempt portions of meetings be recorded, transcribed, and maintained for a specified period, etc.
