Chiropractic Medicine; Authorizes DOH to issue chiropractic medicine faculty certificate to faculty who perform research; limits locations where certified chiropractic physician's assistants may perform chiropractic services; deletes restrictions on minimum time permitted for completing curriculum of training program for certified chiropractic physician's assistants, etc.
