Community Associations; Provides powers & duties of Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, & Mobile Homes; provides qualifications for certain division employees; provides provisions relating to specified community associations, including disputes, powers, duties, insurance, officers, meetings, notices, governance, foreclosure, liens, contracts, etc.; requires study by OPPAGA & report to Legislature by specified date. APPROPRIATION: $322,582.
