GENERAL BILL by Gaetz
Viatical Settlements [CPSC]; Requires that a viatical settlement provider annually file a statement containing information required by state law on or before a specified date. Clarifies grounds for which the OIR may suspend, revoke, deny, or refuse to renew the license of a viatical settlement provider. Prohibits a person from performing the functions of a life expectancy provider regarding viatical settlement contracts without first having registered as such a provider, etc.
