GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Rich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Storms ; Detert ; Bullard ; Lynn ; Joyner

Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children [SPSC]; Authorizes the Governor to execute a new interstate compact on the placement of children. Specifies the provisions of the compact. Provides for the present Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children to remain in effect until the Governor enters into the new compact. Provides rulemaking authority to the Department of Children and Family Services.
